Terms of use

PINNACLE DIGITAL SERVICES LTD operates Founders Tank. These terms apply when you use the production game at arena.sudhi.app or the demo at demo.arena.sudhi.app. The service is a startup decision game with optional account, subscription, leaderboard, and investor-introduction features.

Practice, not an investment offer

Scores, offers, valuations, dialogue, and leaderboards are learning tools, not real investor interest, investment advice, an offer of securities, or a guarantee of financing or business results. The game judges are invented characters, not real investors. Researched communication influences and named educational examples do not imply affiliation, endorsement, permission to act for, or access to those individuals, their firms, Y Combinator, or television franchises.

Term-sheet lessons and eligibility

Term sheets, clauses, cap tables and exit illustrations are simplified educational examples, not legal, tax or investment advice. They omit rights and circumstances that can materially change a real transaction. Have qualified independent counsel review any real financing document before signing. You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms, and your use must comply with applicable law.

Your account and material

Keep access to your account secure and provide information you are entitled to share. You retain your rights in material you submit. You allow Founders Tank to process that material to run the game, provide feedback, preserve your history, and support features you choose. Do not upload another person's confidential or personal information without permission. Evidence uploads are subject to file-type, size, and review controls.

Public sharing and real connections

Joining a public leaderboard is optional. Only the alias, score, and product/problem summary you approve are intended for that surface; you can opt out in the game. Investor inquiries, if offered, use separate business-email verification, operator review, and founder consent. A request or payment does not guarantee an interview, introduction, investment, or result. Any real diligence, terms, and financing decisions belong to the parties outside the game.

Payments and availability

If a paid feature is offered, its price and billing interval are shown before checkout by the payment provider. Completing a game session alone does not buy anything. Features, including voice, AI replies, checkout, and introductions, may be unavailable when the relevant provider is not configured or the service is interrupted. We may update the game and these terms; the effective date above identifies this version.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the game and cancel a subscription through its billing provider. Stopping play or removing game content does not itself cancel billing. We may restrict or end access for unlawful use, abuse, attempts to bypass security, or a material breach, and may suspend a feature when needed to protect the service. Where reasonably practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the problem. Existing statutory cancellation/refund rights remain. Content export and removal controls are described in Privacy; identity and payment records have separate lifecycles.

Availability and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, accurate AI dialogue, financing or business success. To that same extent, PINNACLE DIGITAL SERVICES LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on game results, including lost profits or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or rights relating to fraud or wilful misconduct.

Governing law

Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes may be brought in Ontario courts, without removing any nonwaivable right to another competent court. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory consumer remedies is imposed.
