Effective October 9, 2026
This notice applies to Founders Tank at arena.sudhi.app. Founders Tank is a separate game and account experience. It is not the SUDHĪ app, and its sign-in and gameplay records use Founders Tank's own integrations.
What we collect
- Account: an account identifier, email address, and sign-in information handled by Clerk. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic profile and email information with Clerk for authentication. Founders Tank uses the resulting identity and verified email to protect your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or calendar.
- Practice: your business brief, decisions, financial figures you enter, answers, case history, scorecards, coach interactions, and optional evidence files and file metadata. If you complete the Relay qualification arc as a guest and choose to register, its ordered game commands are sent to your authenticated account for server replay and an owner-bound qualification receipt. These records support game sessions and feedback; the browser does not assign the qualification score.
- Voice: if you choose recorded voice input, its audio is sent for transcription. If you choose spoken replies, reply text is sent for speech generation. Cloud voice requests go to Deepgram. Our Deepgram requests ask to exclude this audio and text from model improvement. Provider usage metadata can remain. Prerecorded replies or on-device speech do not require a fresh cloud speech request. See Deepgram's model-improvement and retention explanation.
- AI dialogue and deck review: when live AI is available, relevant questions, pitch sections and reviewed evidence excerpts are sent to DeepSeek's API for all six judge personas. These requests can contain company information you enter. We have not verified a no-training or fixed-retention agreement for every judge processor. The public policies describe improvement and retention uses; see DeepSeek's Privacy Policy. A separate account agreement may apply. Avoid sending confidential or sensitive information for these features. Written play remains available when voice or AI replies are unavailable. The weighted score and game outcomes are calculated by Founders Tank's deterministic rules.
- Operations: a local session identifier, allowlisted usage events, and device/request information needed for service operation, security, and debugging. PostHog receives configured production/demo usage events; private decks, answers, evidence documents and recordings are excluded from that event allowlist. Vercel hosts production, Netlify hosts the demo, and Convex provides account-ledger storage. Clerk handles sign-in; Stripe handles web checkout. Apple handles in-app purchases where offered.
- Optional public and real connections: a leaderboard alias, score, and product/problem summary appear publicly only after your opt-in. A real investor inquiry may collect the investor's business email, organization, website, and reason for contacting you. Your identity and full pitch are not automatically published through that inquiry.
Guest practice versus account saving
Guest Relay commands and progress are stored in this browser until you explicitly attach a completed run after sign-in. Browser-only does not mean the site makes no network requests: page assets, hosting/security requests, authentication initialization and enabled usage analytics may reach their providers. Guest local lessons do not require a live AI judge call. Choosing cloud voice sends its text/audio to Deepgram. After registration, attaching a completed run sends its ordered commands for server replay. Account pitch saves, uploads, coaching and live reviews send their relevant content only when you use those features.
How information is used and shared
We use account data to sign you in; practice data to run the game, keep your history, and personalize feedback; and operational data to maintain and protect the service. Founders Tank uses account authentication and a gameplay ledger. Hosting and payment providers process information needed for their services; The payment processor receives checkout details only if a paid checkout is offered and you choose it. Voice, AI, and analytics providers receive relevant information only when those features are enabled and used. We do not treat a game score as real investment diligence or automatically send your private pitch to investors.
Your choices and retention
You can play without opting into a public leaderboard and can remove a leaderboard entry in the game. Avoid uploading confidential third-party information or data you do not need for practice. Sign in and open My Pitch · Account privacy to export your game-content records, choose manual retention (the default) or a 30-, 90-, or 365-day window, and request or track game-content removal. Before you save a fixed window, the panel shows the record categories and the server-calculated date they become eligible for removal. Eligibility is not a guaranteed deletion deadline; no fixed automatic deletion time is promised across environments. Check the removal status for pending work or a retry. These controls cover game content, not your sign-in identity or billing. Payment, security or legal records, other people's records, and copies held by external providers may remain. For correction requests or help with these controls, email rick@wizeme.app. We may need to verify that the account is yours.
Security and updates
Account access is protected by authentication and uploads enter a restricted quarantine workflow before review. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this page when Founders Tank's data practices change and show the new effective date here.
